LM8UU/LMU8 Linear Bearing Grease Applicator
Description
**Fixed the Thread pitch for grease tube from 2mm to 1.5mm as suggested. This is my version of a Linear Bearing Grease Applicator for the LM8UU and LMU8 Linear Bearings. It Features a screw cap that firmly holds the Linear Bearing in Place as you Grease you Linear Bearings. The Cap creates a seal to aid in forcing Grease in between the ball bearing, it has a small exhaust hole to allow trapped air to escape and give you an indicator of when the grease has filled the Linear Bearing. By covering the exhaust hole you can create a higher pressure in the Applicator to exert more force to the Grease to aid in the greasing process. The Cap also features a freely rotating middle section to minimise the Linear Bearing moving in the Applicator. I have only tested this Applicator on a tube of SuperLube but other Grease tubes with similar screw threads may work. Any problems or issues please let me know and ill endeavour to fix them.
