2020 Rack System
Description
The 2020 Rack System was designed to make storing and using rolls of filament easier especially with an MMU system that needs to have filament rolls close to each other. This rack system has been designed for FDM printing. Which means interlocking parts have been adjusted to account for imperfections with measurements during FDM printing. So if you plan on using another print method like SLA, you will most likely have a small amount of extra gap between interlocking parts. Also, I am working on including a filament guide using the same mounting system. The guide will fit in between the spool holders. __Additional Parts Required__ _Spool Holder_ * M3x6 (M3x10 can be used) - (Quantity 4) * 608ZZ Bearings - (Quantity 2) * M3x10 - (Quantity 1 - Used along with 2020 T-Nut) * 2020 M3 Series T-Nut - (Quantity 1) (These are the ones I am using, but any 2020 Series T-Nut should work) [2020 Series M3 T-Nut](https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07G386L5M) _2020 Bracket_ * M3x10 - (Quantity 2) * 2020 Series M3 T-Nut - (Quantity 2) This has not been fully tested, nor is it a completed product. Please comment about any issues you have. Things I really want to know about is structural integrity. It should not have any problem holding 1kg rolls. And it should be able to handle roughly 10 rolls across the whole rack. But again, this has not been fully tested. I will be posting updated versions, and when that happens, I will post which version is the current version per STL file. Each STL file will contain the version number to make it easier to check what version you have downloaded. I will also be incorporating the version number on each part (space allowing).
