Variation of purge bucket for Geeetech A20M
Description
I was very fascinated by the idea, the realization and the video of the purge bucket by 3dMakernoob (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3362680). So I immedately wanted to print it and try it out myself. But I use my holder for the Raspberry Pi on the left side (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3470418), that's why the file of 3dMakernoob didn't fit for me. So I printed the first layers of his design to reuse the upper part of the bucket and made a bucket that fits for my purposes: I print the dualcolor-prints which use many toolchanges with the "tower at the side" - technic like before, because I don't want to have as much filament at the side on my Raspberry Pi case. But I'm very glad to be able to use his purge bucket technic on models, that have only up to ten or a little bit more toolchanges - like colored script in the top of my models (which use only 5 layers hight). That's why my bucket has a bottom which cannot be removed. I use a coin (5 European Cent) to prevent the extruded filament from gluing to the bucket. In my prototype the placement of the coin wasn't right in the middle, but it works. The uploaded model has the correct position. Maybe you have to cut or sand the coin a little bit at the top (it should hardly tower over the bucket - less than 1 mm) , so that the noozle can pass it in a distance of 0.1 to 0.3 mm (or just take a smaller coin :) ) - be careful when you try it the first time and make only small x-steps to come near to the bucket, because your printer could have a longer nozzle than mine. Normally I take a look at my printer, when using the profile with the purge bucket after a toolchange and put away the filament, if it hasn´t fallen down. So it works fine for my purposes and, thanks to 3dMakernoob, I spare the printing-time of the tower for only 5 toolchanges.
