Photosensitive Sensor Case
Description
I needed to mount a digital light intensity photosensitive sensor to a robot car, so I made this case to protect it and help sense light at a bigger range over the serial port. Case was designed for this specific sensor: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01N1FKS4L/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o06_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 The case has a hole on the bottom for an M2 screw and a square hole on the lid so it's easy to access the potentiometer. The lid should just snap onto the case and hold firmly. If it's too tight or loose, check your print settings. You'll have to bend the photodiode upwards to place the sensor in the case. Once it's fully seated in the case, bend the photodiode forward into the barrel. Place lid on case and you're ready to detect light in a fixed direction.
