KeyChuck
Description
KeyChuck is a programable input device. It virtualizes a keyboard, a mouse and some gamepads at the same time. We can program the response of every key event customizing one automaton and making at the same time navigations menus and key actions. KeyChuck is based on ESP32 and has Wifi and Bt connections and full compatible with HID devices. The firmware is developed in C++ with esp-idf. It's not easy like Arduino IDE or Python but is the only way to work with 2 cores. After some hard work, test, work, test, playing, test and work, we obtain a powerful device, not like the gamepads in the market, that can do a lot of things: - Use it in a variety of places. Is managed with the separate hands, and also is battery powered. - Input keyboard and mouse events. Is not the good point but in some cases can be helpfull. https://youtu.be/L3xg4h0kNs8 - Extense use of games. - Play Street Figther combos in a button. https://youtu.be/ZRT3WI21cZY - Use player one and player two together https://youtu.be/6I-fESpXo1o https://youtu.be/y-MJC2UL8BU https://youtu.be/NghBtExliqs At this moment is only a concept and a little project where ergonomy and confort for your hands is the most important. I include the source code and some examples about program the automaton.
