HPI Trophy Truggy 4.6 bumper
Description
I recently found this item made by alexandridk https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2843902 and decided to also make some bumpers for it. I made 5 different bumpers. The round one can also be printed in parts and after that just glue together with superglue.This way the use off supports on that file is minmal and supports tend to leave a not so nice surface when printing TPU. That is also the one i have on my car now (see pictures). Print these with TPU ( flex ). Files : Square bumper bend : Simple bumper Square bumper straight extra strong : Bumper with extra support and closed panels. Square bumper straight cheese holes extra strong : Bumper with extra support and closed panels and cheese holes. Printed with minimal supports. Round bumper one piece : Simple bumper. Round bumper 4 pieces : Same bumper but in pieces so the print finish is better without extra supports. I just glued them with tire glue :-). Made sides flat to more easy to print. Round bumper v2 one piece : Simple bumper but bigger and more rigid. Round bumper v2 4 pieces : Same bumper but in pieces so the print finish is better without extra supports.
