Filament Swatch 1.0
Description
I made my own filament swatch. It is not perfect but works for the time being. Current features: -A hook to hang on my 5 gallon bucks I use to store my filament. -The "slope" on the left side is 20mm long and observes how layers stick when shifted. It's at 67.8 degrees. Nothing magical but it's worked on showing potential delamination at this angle (generally implying I should increase temps a bit). -The circles on the right are 5, 10, and 15mm large -The lines moving in from the circles are .4, .5, and .6mm wide and 5mm long. -The center letters aren't a watermark (though they are a fun interpretation of "Metz"). They are instead to determine the accuracy of a filament laying down fine letters on the bottom layer. -The inset is to test for any minor stringing. A future update hopes to include some of the following: -a small and simple retraction test. -a better space to place data stickers on the back for proper cataloguing. -a possible "bridging" section. -a possible overhang section. The ultimate goal is to make swatches I put on the handles of my tubs to know what's inside and know some general data on how I should print it. I then produce a swatch for every 5 degrees from 190 up to 270 and print them once I have figured my basic tower tests look decent. If anyone has suggestions or found use in this, please leave some information so we can make this better. Thanks.
