Hypercube evolution idler pulley holder 4 gates pulleys 10MM RODS
Description
this is for 10mm Y axis rods.(standard hypercube) Idler pulley holder for Gates pulleys. and m5 x 40mm shoulder bolt. Gates brand idlers have M5 holes. They are wider than Chinese idlers. around 9.95mm. I set the spacing at 10mm. Upper 2 Mounting holes for the bracket are for M6 screws set around 6.3mm to account for petg shrinkage. The lower 2 holes might be a little tighter 6 or 6.1mm. I think I forgot to account for shrinkage. I printed the right side first time no issues. but for some reason when I print the left side the really thin bearing separator section keeps lifting off my glass bed so I suggest using a skirt to help keep it down. Added a skirt friendlier version with a little part at the bottom for the skirt to stick to instead of the bracket. 3.15.19 added modified clamp. I have printed a set of these but have been to lazy to assemble it all yet. Looks like i may have labeled one right instead of left.
