E3D Titan Extruder Mount for MGN12H or MGN9H
Description
This mount was designed to work with the E3D Titan extruder in the Direct Drive configuration. It mounts on a MGN9H sled and does not work with 2040 extrusions since the E3D V6 hotend is not long enough to reach over the 2040 extrusion. A 2020 extrusion is needed. The hook is used for cable management and the thermistor and heat cartridge cables run under the 2020 extrusion. An external belt tensioning mechanism should be used since the belts get clamped between the MGN9H sled and the mount itself and can't be tightened by the mount itself. ####Information for X-Axis conversions: I added a X-Axis motor mount .dxf file for the X-Axis stepper motor and the required spacer. Both extruders only use three of the four m3 mounting holes in the Nema17 stepper motor, but in a different arrangement. The updated mounts have holes for all four screw holes.
