Filament Change Script
Description
Simple GCODE script with LCD button interaction. I was having trouble with the colour of printed things after switching filaments, due to the reservoir of plastic remaining in the hot end. I run this code from the Ender3 SD card whenever I am changing filament colour or materials. It heats the hot end to 220C (upper range for most PLA) to ensure lowest viscosity, retracts the currently loaded filament from the hot end entirely, and waits for user input. When user loads new filament, and presses the button, 7.5cm of the new filament will be extruded from the hot end in mid air, the results ofwhich can be easily collected and discarded.
