Stag, mini quadcopter pusher duct sub 250g 150mm ducted 3" inch
Description
Hello this my finished mini quadcopter, it uses my specially designed pusher ducts for a compact size, robust, safer, highly efficient and maneuverable FPV quadcopter platform, from park fly's to long range. It is 150mm motor to motor, flying weight is around 238 grams and hovers for just under 14 minutes with a 3s 850mah, (can easily lift a bigger battery for extended flight times but then over 250g total) 12mm motor hole spacing and 20x20 stack, I used br1306 motors. abs recommended, with abs slurry glue or solvent plastic glue, must leave to harden ;) It can definitely take a go pro or similar if desired, will make extra brackets if interested. Motors are race star br 1306 3100kv but might suit other 12mm spaced motors, smoothing of the inside and lip is needed also the propellers will be tight to begin with and must be "shaved" to fit, to do this place a piece of sandpaper on the inside of the duct and carefully revolve the propeller fitted to the motor over the sandpaper removing small amounts of material so a tight but free fit is achieved. Thanks have fun. tomtom001 More info on my build at rcgroups https://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?3260911-Stag-finished-pusher-duct-quadcopter-3d-printed-mini-sub-250g-150mm-ducted-3 The bare duct unit https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3413401
