Cable-label in Braille, customizable
Description
After I made cable labels with regular fonts (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3483642), I thought it might be useful if they could also be made in Braille. After getting to know Braille a little (1), an out-of-the-box Braille font seemed less suitable due to requirements. For example, I have never thought that a larger font size can be illegible. That is why (besides of the fun) I made the translation myself from characters to Braille characters and tried to make these meet the standard. I used the Marburg standard for the dimensions (2). This seemed the most international accepted standard to me. Perhaps this is a completely wrong assumption. Since I cannot read Braille myself and i am a noob at it, I may have made other mistakes. If so please let me know. Happy cable-labeling 1- Here you can find a good start for learning Braille: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sqQ3gdE7ks0 2- https://www.pharmabraille.com/pharmaceutical-braille/marburg-medium-font-standard/ PS. I hope it works in the Thingiverse Customizer. If not, you can always use OpenScad, it is free and has a built-in customizer. More information about the fantastic and challenging program OpenScad can be found here: https://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/OpenSCAD_User_Manual
