608 Bearing Replacement (print in place/fully printable)

Try this before you print the bearing- https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3569489 608 bearing dimensions but in 3D print style (wont lock up) ;D Takes 20 minutes on my delta printer :D 22mm outer 8mm inner 7mm width IF YOU HAVE PROBLEMS WITH STICKING BEARINGS TRY THE "ULTRA EASY 608" or the "EASY PRINT 608." On a side note, you can lower your extrusion rate by 1-2% depending on your results. Or if your bearings fall out when you take it off the bed, increase your extrusion rate ;D Also could try this 2 minute print first to verify your printer- https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3555815 Make sure you follow the directions in the second video. Its rough in the beginning but if you work with it a little it spins even without any lube ;)))) If you absolutely hate the logo i made one without. Check my page :) UPDATE 1: I added a rod .stl to help with the smoothing process ;) UPDATE 2: Added Beveled.stl style for easier entry into parts. UPDATE 3: Added a beveled 8.1mm and 8.2mm bore version for easy fit and printer tolerance levels. (JUST FYI, the beveled ones are harder to loosen) UPDATE 4: Added Beveled 608’s with 8mm, 8.1mm and 8.2mm bore with 1.2mm spacer variants. UPDATE 5: Added a 2 in 1 608 for science. This is expirimental. 22mm outer, 8mm inner, 14mm width.
