Better Spool Holder for Anycubic i3 Mega

This is a remix of a remix. This is based in the Anycubic I3 Mega Spool Holder (Remix by Carl Beck), uploaded by Elproducts, which was a remix of the spool holder by kurioso: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2647030 Added a second arm to support the other end of the spool spindle with a guide hole to act as a filament guide. Works well with printers with a mod to rotate the extruder 90 degrees so that it is front facing. I'm using this one: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2799231 Designed to be the correct width to fit the spindle from the original spool holder by kurioso, so if you already have one, you don't need to print another spindle. Update: Version 2 minor changes for improved strength.
