Improvements - Reduced hole clearances for shafts - Improved dimensional accuracy of shaft holes - M3 clamping screws for shafts - LM6LUU compatible carriage - Improved bearing fit - Realigned pulley belt path - Added clearances for belt - Centered belt bearing - Use of two F623ZZ flange bearings for idler (single non-flange bearing available) - Added belt alignment viewing holes - Added cutaway features to reduce warping of parts during printing *Notes: Requires a high degree of precision. Any misalignment of the shafts will result in wear/binding of shaft bearings. Precision can be achieved with sanding down or thickening surfaces. If unable to achieve the precision, please use the float variant of 614 X Carriage or the original 614 X Carriage part from RepRapPro. The float variant allows for the upper bearing to shift +-0.4mm.
