Update: A set of cutters can now be found here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3624594 Here's a 1 1/4 inch (30mm) foam cutting drill bit for upholstery work. All you need to do is add a nut & bolt to finish (m6 used in picture) This is approximately 3 inches high, so can make quite deep cuts. It's the perfect size for using with 1 inch (25mm) upholstery buttons.
