Description
Mercedes Benz has discontinued production of this particular Air Hose Intake Scoop to Filter Housing. This is MB part number 103 090 03 82. I can not find this part anywhere new on the internet, confirmed with MB service. Here is the discontinued MB part: https://www.amazon.ca/Mercedes-Intake-Scoop-Filter-Housing/dp/B00I4MAANS I broke this down into 3 separate pieces, where it goes into the air temperature senor connected to the air box, The flexible ribbed section, and where it hits the chassis of the car. This will allow you to use a flexible filament, in this case TPU 95A, for the ribbed section of this part. The engine's vibrations can be absorbed by the middle section, as MB designed it. The other components can be printed out in ABS, which is widely used for cold air intake housing. The 3 pieces snap together.
