Retraction and Prime Calibrator
Description
This was inspired by the other excellent retraction tuning Things. This helped me tune _Cura's_ retraction and prime settings in order to avoid gaps in the walls of a complex print I was producing. I was using a thick nozzle (0.8mm) and the retraction setting was very sensitive because of this; the prime setting also came into play. Print this, and if you see stringing and blobs, then increase the retraction and or reduce the temperature. If you see gaps in the walls, then you will need to increase the "Retraction Extra Prime Amount" setting. Note that this setting in _Cura_ is mm³, not linear mm.
