MC7 Prime Mini HeatBed upgrade
Description
<h1>This is a heat bed holder for the MC7 Prime Mini printer, designed by the guys at MasterKit.ru. Tweaked and scaled by me</h1> As you know, the equipment of a 3D printer with a heated table greatly expands the capabilities of the printer and improves the print quality. Print quality is improved due to the fact that the plastic extruded from the extruder remains warm. This contributes to the reduction or even complete disappearance of the bending of the plastic on the table, which is the result of uneven cooling of the part. The table used was the already standardized PCB Heatbed MK2 by Joseph Prusa, measuring 214x214 mm. The thermistor is mounted in the central hole of the table with a kapton tape (thermotape). On the table there are platforms for the installation of two LEDs connected in the opposite direction with a current-limiting resistor and supply wires. It is advised that you cover the heatbed with the glass pane shipped with the original printer. Hold it down with four paper clips. This convenient solution holds the glass firmly, and at the same time offers the possibility to remove the pane for cleaning, or removal of the printed object.
