<blockquote> <p>I need easy access to my available Juki Nozzle to quickly exchange tips during a component placement run, so I designed this base nozzle holder compatible with the Charmhigh CHM-T36 /36VA /48VA /48VB</p> </blockquote> <blockquote> <h3>Printing Notes</h3> <p>It is recommneded to print the Nozzle Holder on its back, to avoid printing inperfections.</p> </blockquote> <blockquote> <h3>Assemble Notes</h3> <p>You will need:</p> <ul> <li>Six (6) <a href="https://amzn.to/2FIKNOL"> Socket screw M3 x 6mm.</a></li> <li>Six (6) <a href="https://amzn.to/2Wi45kB"> Hex Nut M3 x 0.5mm.</a></li> <li>Print one (1) Nozzle holder</li> <li>For CHM-T36 PnP, print the juki_nozzle_base_CHMT36.stl. <li>For CHM-36VA /48VA /48V PnP, print juki_nozzle_base_CHMT36XX.stl. </ul> </blockquote> <blockquote> <h3>Safety Notes</h3> <p>Make sure to check the margin of your working area before installing the accessory, to avoid crashing the Pick and Place head against Nozzle holder.</p> </blockquote> <blockquote> <h3>Installation Notes</h3> <p>Secure the Nozzle Holder to the Base with the M3 socket screw and the hex nut. For the Charmhigh CHM-T36 snap the base to the front right side of the machine and you are done!. Installing the base on the Charmhigh CHM-T36VA /48VA /48VB require two (2) additional 5M screws to secure the base and can be installed on either side of the PnP.</p> <p>I'm including the source files in case adjustments are required.</p> </blockquote>
