BoostedBoard Killer - Pryside eBoard

Description

This is the Thingiverse Project to my newest creation. A very light slim yet insanely Powerful Electric Longboard where almost everything possible is 3D Printed. Video to Project here: https://youtu.be/C8n8ceZM9qY (yes you can print this and that component maybe, but for good ride quality you need a Bamboo Deck and for great power you need metal trucks and motor mounts) I added all the 3D Printed Files to this project. From Motor guards to Vesc and Battery Casings and even the Gears I used which are a modified version of these https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2093191 Thanks JuniorPotato93 for the great work, you will need to print his retainer to fit my gears on a flywheel/mbs all terrain or any flywheel clone. Tipps: Dont anneal the Battery Case nor anything else, it warps so much, I added my warped cad files just in case, but dont do it, the normal version fits perfectly on the concave of the Loaded Vanguard. PLA parts are already hard enough. Lay down a rubber layer or something similar underneath the cells itself that they dont fly around in there. Just make sure everything is secured and doesnt move. When welding a battery definitely use a ton of hot glue or 3D design maybe some smart cell holders, otherwise the nickel will snap due to vibrations. Use Hot Glue (Black Hot Glue) to fix the top Cover to the Battery. Make sure there is no stress on the cover before glueing it in place. Hot Glue is perfect for this, because you can easily remove it cleanly with some Isopropanol / Alcohol in case you need to change something inside. For the M5 Screws use the biggest washer. I think I used M5 DIN 330R 18mm washers. And definitely use a rubber washer underneath that so the metal doesnt cut into the plastic. Print the Battery Case from Top to Bottom, so the printed lines actually go along the stress lines. The Vesc case can be printed on its back (like when the board lays on its back) More Project Details: https://www.electric-skateboard.builders/t/3d-printed-boosted-board-killer/88803/
