Anet E10 / E12 Vslot X-Carriage on stock extrusion profile
Description
This is a remix from the awesome [Nystao's X-carriage](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2833791 "Nystao's X-carriage"). Thanks to him for giving me the original files. This X-carriage for Anet E10 / E12 use Vslot wheels on stock Anet extrusion profile (Tslot). It fit perfectly. You can see it in action here : <iframe width="560" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/O7TsiYV1OpY" frameborder="0" allow="accelerometer; autoplay; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture" allowfullscreen></iframe> Summary ============= This carriage need 3 common Vslot wheels. Dimensions are here : ![Vslot Wheel Dimensions](https://www.makeralot.com/images/wheels/POM-V-Slot-Wheel-With-Bearings-s.jpg "Vslot Wheel Dimensions") Vslot wheels fit perfectly the Anet's stock extrusion profile, and carriage move better than the stock wheels (too loose to get good prints on the long time). I'm using the good [improved fan shroud by CNCKitchen](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2481362), but the original works too. Improvement ----------------- * very tight game, carriage is really well kept * bottom wheel position adjustment * integrated belt holders / parallizer * BLtouch support Requirement -------------- You need to print : * 1 carriage (higher about 5mm than the original by Nystao) * 3 spacer for wheels (stock spacer are too long) * 1 bottom (same as the Nystao version) * 1 right belt holder (same as the Nystao version) * 1 left belt holder (shorter than the original) * 1 BLTouch support (optionnal) Of course, need 3 Vslot wheels and some M3 CHC screw and nut. Re-uses stock screws for wheels. BLTouch Offset -------------------- As you can see in the picture, you have to modifiy Marlin or other firmware : * X offset : -32 * Y offset : -12 To know ----------------- I didn't test the B option (left belt holder from Nystao) with this carriage : I don't know if it's compatible with the modified X end stop. A feedback would be appreciated if you test it ;) Tested only with the X endstop at its original position. Youtube video : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O7TsiYV1OpY
