Marui tub chassis stiffeners
Description
For the Marui R/C Super Wheelies and Big Bear tub chassis. Common issue on 1984 Marui tub chassis is that most of them had the sidewalls in the middle been opened at one time, to allow for 7.2v battery placement. For that reason, the chassis is weakened right in the mid section, where it is subject to flex the most. On top of that, the battery weight is right over the weakened area. Consequently, when running, the chassis flexes and twists a lot and your suspension doesn't work well (or at all). In extreme cases like heavy landings, the body may even self-disconnect from the nose. Solution is to install those stiffeners that will box the U section and give it back its strength. You can glue them or not. Once in place, the body will keep them locked.
