Laterne
Description
Latern for Fielddays ,Camping, as working lamp on the desk etc. Uses 4 single switchable LEDs and an internal battery. I am using 3W-LEDs and 4x 2Ah batteries, so i can use all 4 LEDs for 2h or one single LED for 8h. The LEDs are glued to the heat sink. Maybe you should isolate the heat sink to the reflector if you use PLA. There is space for 4 LiIon-Batteries in the base. If you need more space for soldering or bigger batteries you need to add 3-5mm or just cut the inner wall for the batteries. In the reflector there is enough space for wiring, switches and resistors. BOM: - 100x100mm heat sink - 4x screws M4x60mm with washers and nuts - 4x LEDs (with small heat sink) - 4x suitable resistors for 4,2V (min 1W) - 4x switch with 5-6mm diameter - 4x 18650 LiIon rechargeable batteries - USB charger board - thick enough wire and a little hot glue for the charger PCB ;) - approx. 30cm rope - Thermal conduction adhesive (for LEDs) Please don't use LiIon-batteries if you don't know how to charge and handle! LiIon can be very dangerous if you connect it with different charges! Always use Resistors for your LEDs! I am using 3W-LEDs each with 0.47R/1W-Resistors. Choose the right Resistors for YOUR LEDs! ;)
