Eye Gaze: SurfacePro2017, Tobii EyeTracker4c, USBMulti, Bracket
Description
This was my solution the corded mess we created while assembling our DIY Eye-Gaze. Also, the fact that the Surface Pro 2017 only has 1 USB port makes it necessary to get a USB Hub to attach a switch and the Tobii EyeTracker. Lastly, this holds the EyeTracker itself in the correct orientation. The same way it was designed to be mounted to a monitor. As opposed to my previous approach, this is a rigid attachment and will help make the alignment with the viewer a bit easier, in my experience. This is designed to slide OVER the Magic Factory case that is necessary for the Mount. It has a few small attachments that can be hammered in (not coming back out) to help lock down the USB switch (my pictures only show one because I mis-measured in the one I use, but have corrected in the the file I'm sharing) and for tying down the loose wires. This was printed with the Prusa MK3 FDM 3D printer. I have designed it to print without supports, internal or otherwise. Also, it is arranged so that it should print directly on the printbed so long as 20x25mm of printbed is available. I printed at 0.15mm and 20% Infill. Probably could have gone thicker to save time, but it worked well and gave a nice finish.
