Ender 3 Pro PSU Noctua NF A6x25 Fan Cover
Description
Noctua NF A6x25 fan cover for Ender 3 Pro PSU. NOTE: I cut the original fan connector and soldered on the generic 2 pin XH connector that was on the stock fan. Since the original fan was also 12V, I could directly plug it in the PSU PCB. I initially wanted to cut the profile out of the PSU case to sink the fan in so that it wouldn't stick out so much, but when I got to it, I didn't have the right tools on hand, so I decided to create this design. I just cut the radial grill for better airflow and screwed the fan from behind - see 3rd photo. After that I bent the lower gril a bit,l so that I could stick the fan plug through the aluminium cover. You could also just drill a hole in the plastic part where the cable guide goes. Then I printed the design, press fit the bottom part around the fan, then the top part on the fan. I planned to use two fan screws to make it stay in place, but the friction seemed to be enough, so I am going to leave it that way as you can see it on the photo. It may not be the best looking design, but at least it hides the cable :D
