CR-10S TItan Aero Mount with 18mm ABL probe

UPDATE 4/27/2019: New ABL mount design to make the whole assembly more compact. Available in 2 options: No fan cage or with a matching fan cage. //#define X_PROBE_OFFSET_FROM_EXTRUDER -33 //#define Y_PROBE_OFFSET_FROM_EXTRUDER -30 UPDATE 4/18/2019: New improved ABL mount design (all in one probe-fan cage mount) //#define X_PROBE_OFFSET_FROM_EXTRUDER -51 //#define Y_PROBE_OFFSET_FROM_EXTRUDER +9 Titan Aero mount for Creality CR-10S / CR-10 / Ender 3 to be used with the stock cold end 40mm fan and a 5015 radial part cooling fan (wiring required). I also added a top mount for the stock spool holder. (2 M3 nuts and 2 M5 screws with T-nuts required). Print it upside down so no supports are needed for the nut holes. The 5015 radial fan mount included in this package was borrowed from here: https://grabcad.com/library/titan-aero-mount-bltouch-for-prusa-i2-i3-p3steel-1 IMPORTANT: You will need: -- Longer M3 fasteners (M3x35) for the titan aero heat sink due to the thickness of the mount. -- Longer extruder cable (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0776J8CCN/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1). Make sure you invert the green and red wires on the motor connector before using it. -- Change your bed size to 285 x 285 (this mod reduces your XY build plate by 15mm - no big deal). -- Firmware setup: --- TH3D firmware, change your home location in the configuration.h as below: //#define HOME_ADJUST //#define X_HOME_LOCATION -29 //#define Y_HOME_LOCATION -33 --- Marlin 1.1.9 firmware, change your home location in the configuration.h as below: //#define X_MIN_POS 29 //#define Y_MIN_POS 33 --- Probe offset: //#define X_PROBE_OFFSET_FROM_EXTRUDER -51 //#define Y_PROBE_OFFSET_FROM_EXTRUDER +9 -- If you want to use solid bed mounts, it is recommended to use 25mnm tall mounts to prevent the x gantry from hitting the frame at the bottom.
