GoPro Hero 3 TPU FPV mount Realacc X5R frame
Description
I've redesigned my GoPro Hero 3 TPU mount so I can screw it down to my Realacc X5R frame. The original design which should fit any frame can be found here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3493170 This is a mount for a GoPro Hero 3 to put on a freestyle or race drone. I couldn't really find a mount to my expectations to put a GoPro Hero 3 on my frame so I designed this mount. I've uploaded 4 angles, 20 degrees, 25 degrees,30 degrees and 35 degrees. The mount can be secured to the top plate of the frame with the screws that go to the standsoffs. In this design I didn't made a cutout for the GoPro's screen since mine is broken and I've totally cleared the access to the record and power on/off buttons because in my previous design I found that i can be hard to press them sometimes. I've also reduced the thickness of the case from 3mm to 2mm because 3mm was a bit stiff and much stronger than needed. 2mm thickness gives the mount a bit more flexability, reduces weight and print time but is still strong enough to hold the GoPro. It's still a tight fit so the GoPro doesn't get launched in a hard crash. The best print orientation is to print it on it's side so there's with supports.
