Series 1 Pro auto-level adapter holder v 1.5, 2.0
Description
This is a modified auto level adapter from the series 1 pro. The original model just kept breaking or heating up too much and would move during a print. The bridging portion between the two bolt attachments was where I always experienced a break, and seems to be the weak point to the whole part. I thickened this area both in the z and x direction, and it fits fine on my printer. The v 1.5 is medium thickness and the v 2.0 is the thickest. I am currently using the v 2.0. You will need some longer m3 bolts for this to attach it as the ones that hold the fan unit are too short for the new bracket. So far no warping or breaks. I used nylon because it is tough and more temp resistant, though PC or PETE may also work well.
