New Era Field Club Seat Upgrade

If the Pegula's want to upgrade New Era Field rather than building a new stadium, they could enclose the Club Section. Components could be built off-site to shorten construction time. Ledger board and glass channel could be installed during season. Roof made from PTFE Fiberglas or ETFE Film from BirdAir.com could make the roof light and reduce weight on upper deck cantilever. Glass enclosures could be installed in sections each season as demand/pricing warrants. Warm weather Buffalonians can go to games, will pay extra for comfort. Similar to Goalline and Endzone Clubs but with better sight lines. Generates more revenue and expands customer base. NFL will like increase seat revenue This idea has been around a while as I found an artist rendering of the proposed Rich Stadium on the internet with the Club Seats enclosed in glass.
