Solar power supply for weather station

Solar power supply for weather station

Description

This is the solar power supply with lithium-ion battery for my wireless weather station (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3385510) and my particulate matter sensor (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3498877). It uses a TP4056 module to manage charge and discharge of a 18650 lithium-ion cell. A SX1308 step-up voltage module converts battery voltage to 5V. Then, a voltage regulator, makes the 3.3V. The first charge can be made with micro-usb phone charger. I use a 6V/2W solar cell, its size is 136x110mm. The two very little parts are made to insert angled pins and constitute the pin holder for the TP4056 module. This holder fits on the top of the 40mm PVC pipe that holds the sensors. You need : - 3x little screw about 2.9x9.5 - Mastic sealant The schematics and pcb pictures are included. Openscad source code is also provided, but need to be checked if variables values are changed. More details on : https://blog.zesanglier.fr/2019/04/28/station-meteo-alimentation-solaire/
