Tevo Tornado Y Axis Linear Bracket MGN12H-MGN9C

Description

Tevo Tornado Y-Axis Linear Bracket MGN12H-MGN9C-SC8UU <<<Edited 08/08/2019>>> I decided to go with MGN12H. It came out great. I even made a belt groove so even more of the bed can be utilized. I will have more images and video once I'm ready to try it. You have to scale down to 10%. Model Dimensions: X= 200mm Y= 140mm Z= 15mm TT_MGN12H_v5_Fixed_Belt_Knotch.stl <<<Edited 08/08/2019>>> <<<Edited 05/15/2019>>> The MGN12H/MGN9C & SC8UU Bracket does NOT go all the Way forward. It is hitting the Assembly that holds the belt swivel. I have a mod that allows the mount to go forward 35-40mm. I will be uploading the mod. I only redid MGN12H & MGN9C, because the SC8UU & SC16UU made no sense. The Y-Carriage and the Plate is raised too far. I opted to just have the holes drilled into the Y-Carriage. Problem solved. It's actually about the same height as the original method. I will post video and pics when it comes back from the shop. I was going to connect the SC8UU Guide Ride to the Front/Rear Extruders, but it seemed to not very strong. I cancelled this approach. Also, For the MGN12H/MGN9C the 500mm MGN Rail won't fit exactly. The screw holes for the last bolt hole might not fit to the extruders front and rear. To strengthen the rail and to fit, You need a set of Two (2) 2020 20x20mm T-slot V-slot Frame Aluminum Extrusion Cut to 460mm. It will strengthen the rails. I think I got 2 for less than $20.00USD (including shipping) on ebay. Also, These 45°/90° Anchors. Will definitely add strength. <<<Edited 05/15/2019>>> <<<Edited 05/11/2019>>> I decided to just attach the SC16UU directly to the Y-Carriage Frame. Using 1/2" Pipe Wall Clamps to secure the 16mm Linear Rod to the Extrusion. This dramatically lowered the Y-Fame. Almost to the point of where it was originally. When I get the Y-Carriage Frame and SC16UU back from the machine shop, I will have Pics/Video. The MGN12H & MGN9C Mount still works great. I am staying with the SC16UU as personal preference. The Pillow Blocks can be moved more to the center, So that large bed leveling knobs can be used. I'm using ABL and a fixed bed. So, I have my Blocks pretty wide. I will work on this some more. <<<Edited 05/11/2019>>> I found this upgrade for the CR-10 by JD2005, https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2792260 I wanted to make this for the Tevo Tornado.
