NoTanks remix with mid-engine setup

Description

This is a remix of Swepet's excellent NoTanks with the following modification: * Slightly larger chamber * Mid-Engine setup * Printed pinion gear * cover plates with cut out for modules * FPV front cover module * Exhaust fan rear cover module * track links for 1mm paperclip hinge * rubber-band track link insert * outer side with holes * gear wheel base with swappable gear ring --- June 2019 update --- Added a LED light, changed to use a different camera, and reduced the size of the front module. Please check the 3 stl files that begins with "notanks_remix_camera" I also changed to metal pinion gear - the nylon ones still wear out after a while, especially when I have your tank stuck and still push on the motor. For the shim of the metal gear, I just cut strips of soda can and wrap it around the motor shaft. With these modification, I can fit double 5000ma battery, have tilt FPV camera setup and also able to get much better stability ( very hard to flip ). Still need to get some good light to make this a crawl space inspection machine : ) Things to know before you print: * The inner side plate will fit into 200x200mm bed. You need to first eliminate anything that increases dimension like skirt or brim. position and angle it to fit in the bed, then slowly increase brim to help adhesion. Also slightly increase bed temperature to fight edge curling, as the edge of your hot bed is generally cooler than the center. * This design has separated gear ring and gear wheel base so you can swap out worn gear without printing the whole wheel, also this enables you to use harder plastic (nylon) just for the gears * You will want to use harder plastic for the pinion gear and gear ring. I used nylon for the gears and it seems to be holding up long enough. If you do use nylon ,the gear ring may need to be print at 101~102% as nylon shrinks more than pla. * The front and bottom wheel are the original ones from noTanks Electronics and misc: * The FPV camera is this one: https://us.banggood.com/Wholesale-Warehouse-Caddx-Beetle-V1-5_8Ghz-48CH-25mW-CMOS-800TVL-170-Degree-Mini-FPV-Camera-AIO-LED-Light-For-RC-Drone-wp-Usa-1369744.html?akmClientCountry=America&rmmds=myorder * The camera tilt servo is this one: https://us.banggood.com/Wholesale-Warehouse-3_7g-Micro-Analog-Servo-GH-S37A-For-RC-Airplane-Helicopter-wp-Usa-1116559.html?rmmds=search Cut out part of the side clips to fit * Battery is this one: https://www.banggood.com/ZOP-Power-11_1V-5000mAh-3S-60C-Lipo-Battery-XT60-Plug-p-1170982.html?rmmds=myorder&cur_warehouse=CN With 2 it almost covers the full bottom plate. * Inner side plate and the front of bottom plate has some small holes meant for small zip ties. * The ESC should be mounted to the inner side plate, and receiver on the front side of bottom plate. * The air intake is located at the side of front module cup, directly facing the ESC and mostly hidden from element and debris. * If you wish to use large battery, you may want to shorten the motor wire to save space. * The exhaust fan in this design is 12v 40x40x20mm. I am only supplying it with 5v from bec so it is running fairly quiet. Use ziptie to secure the fan. * I end up using 42 links on each track. use a small plier to insert the paper clip, and a wire cutter to cut them either flush or bend a small handle to allow later disassemble. * Get some wide and short rubber-band to use with the rubber-band track insert. It provides excellent grip on most smooth solid surface and you only need 6~8 insert to cover the whole track.
