Spare Tyre Tumbler Sleeve

Those of us who use any sort of stainless steel water bottle, tumbler, coffee mug, etc. know we will drop it eventually. What happens??? DENTS. I personally came to despise the infamous tumbler-bottom-dent, and decided to protect my investment. Print a sleeve for it! This was inspired by used tire re-use/recycling, hence the name. It's sleek, low-profile, stylish, invokes a sense of wonder, summons the Yeti-Guardian-Spirit™ to protect your tumbler***, and is all around bad-a$$. PRINT SETTINGS: This is intended to be printed in TPU with the print settings that follow in order to take advantage of the hollow structure of 3D-print infill. You of course may experiment, but this is what I arrived at after a few iterations: +Extruder: USE CAUTION WITH BOWDEN-STYLE AND TPU, CAN BE DIFFICULT. +230°C-ish, <40mm/s, 0.4mm nozzle, .1-.2 layer height, RETRACTION OFF (almost always with TPU). +Shell: 3-4 walls (this affects pliability of the lower portion, and thus impact absorption) +Top/bottom: ~1mm thick is recommended (thinner=less durable, thicker=too stiff to absorb impact well) +INFILL: This is the important part: 20-30% using triangles, tri-hex, hex, or similar is ideal. +Bed adhesion: Glass with gluestick or ultrabase, tape, etc. heated 50-60°C, use a skirt. CUSTOM SIZING: You may use Cura or other slicers' scaling tools to size this to nearly any cup within reasonable limits. The original size was made for the average yeti or ozark trail tumbler at a cup base diameter of 72mm and height of 16mm. Take your cup's diameter/height and divide it by this original size to get a scale factor for each X&Y and Z directions. This may distort the lettering. Hopefully you won't cry.
