Y-Rod Holders v3 (3030 frame)
Description
Y-Rod Holders compatible with 3030 Misumi aluminium frame I3 clones, Haribo/Zaribo specific. Designed for 8mm smooth rods. Allows the use of slightly different length of the smooth rods than the stock ones (360mm) Replaces zip ties that constrain the rods, which have some flexibility in them and can result in the smooth rods flexing when the bed has some weight on it. The clamp helps with better constraining the rods while also being adjustable, so one can fine tune it better than a zip tie. --- This is a revised version of the [previous design](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2831126). The Y-Rod Holders (v3) are now more compact, easier to print and assemble, while keeping the same functionality as before. Changes from the previous version: * Uses one less M6 screw (and T-nut), which also makes adjusting the holders position a lot easier, without the need to remove the smooth rods to access the third screw. Replaced by x2 M3 screws, to evenly clamp the smooth rods. * The 3D models were optimized for 0.2mm layer height printing, to be easier to print and to have less post processing required before assembly. * Edits in geometry to make it more compact and use less material. --- .
