Enclosure for Sainsmart GRBL board
Description
This is a housing for the Sainsmart GRBL controller board. It uses two 60mm x 15mm fans to cool the board, 1 up top blowing down on the stepper drivers and one pulling the air out through the bottom. Print parts with the orientation as shown in the photos using supports touching the bed (I used tree supports in Cura). You will need -Two 60mm x 15mm fans -Various short M3 bolts To assemble- -Tap the holes to 3mm. -Bolt the fans on and run the wiring up through the rectangle cutout. (make sure the bottom fan's bolts aren't too long as they can sort the board) -Bolt the bottom to the main housing -Attach the spindle wiring and run it as shown in the photo BEFORE you mount the board -Slide the board in and bolt it to the risers in housing. -Bolt the lid on.
