Baby Dragon Growing Up
Description
I originally wanted to make the baby dragon by dot-kit (thing: 384040) a little more mean looking. But as I worked on it, I realized it looked older. So I created a 3-month-old, 4-month-old, 5-month-old, and 6-month-old versions of the dragon. You'll need to get the original baby dragon (the one younger than 3-months) from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:384040 Each time the dragon ages different changes are made such as larger wings, larger fangs, the neck becoming longer, growing new bone structures, getting a longer tail, more defined muscles, etc. IMPORTANT: the stl files need to be scaled before printing. The stl files are scaled very small as to match the scaling of dot-kit's original file, so you will need to scale them to your desired size. I have four pictures of the dragons together. A front and back view of where each dragon is scaled the same. From the front view, you can see dot-kit's original dragon on far left and on the far right is the six-month-old dragon. You can see they are getting larger and gaining more features, but they are all fairly close to the same size. The other two pictures are a front and back view of different level of scaling to give the dragons the appearance of even more rapid growth. The scales shown there are (from the front view, left to right) 400%, 450%, 500%, 550%, and 600%. You can scale these however you wish, the important thing to keep in mind is to scale the dragons according to the ages (e.g. you don't want the 5-month-old dragon smaller than the 4-month-old).
