Lion On Ball Nighlight/Lamp
Description
This is a lion sitting on a ball nightlight/lamp. It is printed in four pieces. 1) The stand, 2) The ball, 3) The lion's body, and 4) The lion's head. The pieces fit together with pegs and holes and they should fit together pretty snugly if the proportions are maintained. Three sections (Ball, Body, and Head) can be lit using LED lights, but the holes may become too small for the lights to fit through if you print it any smaller than it is (especially in the head). I used a translucent blue PLA, but you can use any translucent PLA, and natural or glow in the dark would probably be brighter and you could get different colors by using different colored LEDs. For the light I used a white LED purchased here: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B00H98OS2W/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&th=1 For power I used these: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B0768V9V5Q/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 & https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B00FEOB4EI/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 I used a three terminal switch, as the power switch. A diagram for how to wire a three terminal switch is in the pictures above. I bought it here: https://smile.amazon.com/Gardner-Bender-GSW-62-Electrical-Terminal/dp/B000HEKSB0/ref=pd_bxgy_60_img_3/137-7911674-4029762?_encoding=UTF8&pd_rd_i=B000HEKSB0&pd_rd_r=411ad33d-64c6-11e9-8c99-472c1499fd9d&pd_rd_w=EP4Bs&pd_rd_wg=liuMN&pf_rd_p=a2006322-0bc0-4db9-a08e-d168c18ce6f0&pf_rd_r=1RT4F805VHAD5EA2SV63&refRID=1RT4F805VHAD5EA2SV63&th=1
