Components Box - Bauteile Box

Die Bauteile-Box war eines der ersten Dinger die ich mit OpenScad entwickelt habe. Da ich jetzt noch mal eine drucken musste, dachte ich mir diese Box hier zu veröffentlichen. Eventuell kann sie jemand von euch ja auch gebrauchen. Das ganze Projekt besteht aus 3 OpenScad-Dateien, die ich euch natürlich zur Verfügung stelle. Mit hpBox.scad wird die STL der Box und der zugehörige Deckel konfiguriert und erzeugt. Damit der Deckel richtig hält, können 2 Magnete eingelegt werden (zB. 3mm*11mm), der Durchmesser kann in Grenzen frei gewählt werden. Mit hpSchachtel.scad wird die STL der Bauteile-Behälter konfiguriert und erzeugt (zB. 20mm*20mm). In jeden Behälter kann eine eine Tasche integriert werden, wo ein kleines Etikett Zettel zur Bezeichnung des Bauteils reinpasst. Ursprünglich hatte ich die Box nur für SMD-Bauteile geplant. Deshalb kann man die Steinwände etwas verdicken, wo sich ein Stopfen einklemmt. So wird verhindert, das ein Bauteil ungewollt von einer Schachtel zur anderen wandert ;-) , was bei den kleinen SMDs sehr ärgerlich ist. Sind die Bauteile mit einem Stopfen gesichert, kann man die Box beruhigt transportieren. Die STL der Stopfen kann man mit der Datei hpStopfen.scad konfigurieren und erzeugen. Druckparameter: 30% Fülldichte 0,2mm Schichthöhe 3 vertikale Konturen 3 horizontale Konturhüllen 60mm/s Druckgeschwindigkeit Support ist nicht erforderlich. Bei einem gelungen Druck würde ich mich über einen Like sehr freuen! Maybe one of you could use it. The whole project consists of 3 OpenScad files, which of course I'll make available to you. With hpBox.scad the STL of the box and the corresponding lid is configured and created. So that the lid holds correctly, 2 magnets can be inserted (e.g. 3mm*11mm), the diameter can be freely selected within limits. With hpSchachtel.scad the STL of the component containers is configured and generated (e.g. 20mm*20mm). In each container a pocket can be integrated, where a small label fits for the designation of the component. Originally I had planned the box only for SMD components. Therefore you can thicken the stone walls a bit, where a plug gets stuck. This prevents a component from moving unintentionally from one box to another ;-) which is very annoying with the small SMDs. If the components are secured with a plug, you can transport the box calmly. The STL of the plugs can be configured and created with the file hpStopfen.scad. Print parameters: 30% filling density 0,2mm layer height 3 vertical contours 3 horizontal contour envelopes 60mm/s Print speed Support is not required.
