XT90 Handle Cover Outlet Mount Connection Protector Box with cable clamp

Description

Warning: I just found out that the hex nut spaces are too big for standard M3 nuts and just a bit too small for M4! What fits and doesn't spin is M3 square nuts! First approach to a connection saver with cable clamp - with source so mix it up! And I just added a keyed version and with tactile 'polarity hint' (having a rounded and squared edge). In the latest version I also added grip features to the handle and also teeth to hold the cable (additional hot glue or silicon may be required depending of your cable use) The key feature is useful in two different ways: -If you print two identical sets then you have both sides male and female equally and obviously fitting only one way -If you print each side and a 'mirror part' of each side (included .3mf file) you can have one side with only the square pin (XT90 male) and the other side with only the round pin (XT90 female) The importance of the key feature exists particularly when batteries (or other power sources) are parallel and even any close proximity of the wrong contacts must be urgently prevented! I had learned that when I started a plasma discharge connecting the second of my redundant battery connectors (was XT60 back then) accidentally wrong! The bulky handle along with the key feature has the purpose to protect the cable and its solder joint to the connector, and allow a more contamination prove connection since the outer case of the male connector disappears inside the female connectors handle. I like to print these in PETG because it comes out quite precise, sturdy and less heat sensitive than PLA...
