xyz davinci mini w solution for all flexible filament
Description
hi, I needed to print some rubber, so I had to make the change. I used tpu and Ninjaflex (which is much more flexible than classic TPU). I created 2 versions, one with a tensor and one without. (to tell the truth the tensor is a stopper, I ended up cleaning dust against. If you don't clean the dust you don't need it). The steps are few, after having printed the pieces: 1 - Remove the case 2 - Remove the large screws and the tube 3 - Remove the wires (very gently) 4 - unscrew the pneumatic connector (taking care not to lose the internal bolt). 5 - Unscrew the screws that hold the card in place and gently remove the card upwards 6 - connect the cables to the board and lock it with tape behind, so that the wires do not bother (then I will improve the project, fixing it on the support) 7 - screw the pneumatic connector all the way down, being careful that it is straight (no threading needed) (help yourself with pliers) (you may have to widen the hole a little with a knife) 8 - test with a pla filament if it passes back and forth easily (if it does not pass easily you have screwed the crooked pneumatic connector) 9 - Screw in and print with the TPU at a temperature of 220 at least (nfc 210 + 10 ° C from settings [ is possible!] ) I decline all responsibility if you damage the printer. I apologize in advance with xyz, I notice that you working hard to complicate the life of your buyers, and this is the exact opposite!
