Modular Carriage Rear Fan Duct
Description
Most of the fan ducts I've seen for use with Don1337's E3D V6 modular carriage have been of a circular or semicircular design that blocks visibility of and access to the nozzle from the front of the printer. They also mostly use friction fit to hold themselves into the blower, which means vibrations and gravity tend to work them loose over time, which can cause them to crash into your print. This fan duct is secured to the left side of the carriage with two screws, keeping it from colliding with your print. The blower is moved to the left and slots into the duct. Two short nozzles at a right angle to each other are aimed at the print from the rear. A replacement heatsink clamp is also provided that gets rid of the now-redundant fan mounting bracket. Two versions are provided: one that is compatible with the cable chain provided with the carriage, and another that is compatible with The_Random_Engineer's X-axis cable chain (since I had printed one of those about a year ago and saw no need to replace it).
