Ender 3 Leveling Wheel/ Knob

Ender 3 Leveling Wheel/ Knob

Description

****Designed to be used with a post-processing script created with cura (or whatever slicer you are using). Just as affective, you can and a gcode script to pause at the point that covers the hole for the locking nut. In the gcode that is supplied, that would be layer 25 @ 0.24mm layer height. There is no other way the insert the required M4 NYLOC nut as it is enclosed and printed over to hold it it place with no additional adhesive.**** ****I have added the following files:**** STL STEP CURA GCODE FILE (PROVIDING POST PROCESSING SCRIPT FOR PAUSE TO ADD M4 NYLOC NUT) Simple almost identical wheel for ender 3 w/ M4 nuts The fit is very tight originally. I have since calibrated the printer better and may fit better with well tuned printers. If they are too tight, reduce flow rate on your part if using the gcode file or slicer for the STL. Or you can adjust horizontal expansion ( settings dependent on how well your machine is calibrated). The Gcode is set to 0.24mm layers height with 4 wall and 4 top/bottom, ironing enable flow rate cut to 93.5 (hence the reason to adjust flowrate, via the control panel, for some folks using the gcode file. The STL with 100% flow, when I first got my ender, caused the nuts to fit very tight (too tight actually). So you have been forewarned to adjust setting accordingly. If you are unsure print the first 15 layers and see how the nut fits. Also Place the nut in the hole with the flat side face towards the top of the wheel. Enjoy
