FPV mask with diopter lens
Description
Build a FPV mask with my 3d printer that fit nicely my face. Since I can't use standard googles with two separate lcds I was forced to modify commercial mask to fit my eyes. So I first build a template to align my face and the center of my eyes to the monitor and lenses in order to find the suitable lenght. I made several prints to check the proper alignement and a lot of scrap printings - see photo. I found these dimension as a best fit: Inter pupillar distance 60mm (lens are 55mm diameter and can accomplish IPD between 50 to 70mm) Lens/fresnel = 44 to 75mm (can be adjusted with the slider) lens/lcd display 118mm Next step was to find a way to install dioptic lenses and meke it easy to swap. You can easily modify the lenght of the parts in order to best fit your eyes. So this is my version 11 prototipe finally fully working and tested in flight.
