Description

This is a electrical isolation and strain relief for the primary side of the Meanwell IRM 60 powersupply series. Please note that only trained electricians should work at mains voltage. This box has the purpose of providing strain relief, isolation, and a place for terminal strips as an example. All the screws are designed to be M3 screws after DIN EN ISO 4762. The powersuppy needs to be mounted with them too, because the heads of them are needed to clamp the case in position. The holes are dimensioned so normal M3 screws can "tap" their threads themselves with a little bit of extra torque. The case itself holds a M16x1.5mm thread to hold cable glands. It is enough to use a layer height of 0,2mm to get the M16 threads working. I recommend using a support structure under the T-cutout for the powersupply. Bitte beachte das nur Elektrofachkräfte an Netzspannung arbeiten sollten. Diese Box bietet Zugentlastung, Isolation, und genügend Platz für z.B. Lüsterklemmen. Alle Schrauben müssen M3 Zylinderkopfschrauben sein, auch die Schrauben mit denen das Netzteil befestigt wird. Die M3 Schraubenköpfe versinken im Deckel und Gehäuse und halten es in Position. Die Löcher sind so dimensioniert, sodass mit etwas extra Drehmoment, die M3 Gewinde mit den Schrauben selber geformt werden können. Das Gehäuse hat 2 M16x1.5mm Gewinde an den Seiten um Kabelverschraubungen zu halten. Für die M16 Gewinde ist es ausreichend, das Gehäuse in 0,2mm Schichtdicke zu drucken damit es packt. Außerdem empfehle ich unter dem T-Ausschnitt für das Netzteil einen Support zu benutzten. Die Freecaddateien sind beigelegt, verbessere und ändere es gerne für deine Zwecke ab!
