This might be a bit of overkill. Went out today bashing with PLA version and it held up great! When I got home I finished printing Armadillo version and let me tell you that it looks super strong, totally overkill. No need for such beef :) Both versions have no holes for the shock screw so you have to drill it yourselves using a 4mm drill bit. The design is also simplified for easy printing. You can print it in anything you want (PLA, ABS, Nylon, TPU, etc.) and I suggest using 100% infill (mostly because of the drill holes thing). Please, tell me how it worked out for you if you do try it out.
