Hypercube Evolution Orion Bowden Mount with Berd-Air Mount
Description
I needed a mount for my E3D V6 Volcano and a Precision Piezo Orion in a Bowden configuration so I designed this to minimize the loss of Z-height. There is also a hole in the top of the mount used to insert a 3mm aluminum Berd-Air tube through to put it in line with the nozzle. Use a spring and a washer on the tube and you can quickly swing it out of the way to clean or change nozzles. I mimicked the cable keeper I had seen on https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2617424 The mount attaches to the standard Hypercube Evolution X-Carriage. 06/02/2019 - Added a second version to use a Tusk style cooling tube while maintaining the Berd-Air pump. This allows you to use larger 4mm tubes and still use silicone boots on your nozzle. The vertical Tusk tube is printed in two parts then glued together to avoid needing support material A 4mm aluminum tube comes out the top of the vertical piece and through the hole on the hotend mount. A spring goes over the tube above the hotend mount then the air tube. You can pull the assembly down out of the way for nozzle cleaning and changing.
