i3 Mega TITAN Aero Carriage by YMLab
Description
This is a carriage designed for mounting a TITAN Aero extruder on the Anycubic i3-Mega and Mega-S. Caution! This design incorporates a 4020 blower fan and 4x LM8UU linear bearings. Those are not the same types of parts that are in the stock carriage assembly. It is a larger fan and 4 shorter bearing instead of 2 longer ones. For the assembly you will also need M3 screws, nuts and washers. For details, please refer to the STP assembly file attached since there is no BOM. For good results, the main chassis and fan duct should be printed at least with PETG. Higher thermal capability materials would be better but PETG works when printing low temperature fillaments (PLA, PETG ....). The fan duct is by no means an optimized design but works OK.
