Print "Bottom_CC.stl" (~ 22 hrs). ***(2) After "Bottom_CC" is finished, use the SUPER GLUE on the back HINGES (this is to ensure that the hinge remains sturdy and do not break off easily).*** [VERY IMPORTANT] *** (3) Remove the support material from "Bottom_CC", sand the OUTSIDE SHELL, then spray paint the outer shell (2 - 3 coats) with BLACK spray paint (Use painters tape to cover the cartridge and lock mechanism slots). ---> The HINGES can be painted (the SUPER GLUE causes them to turn WHITE) (4) Print "Top_CC.stl" and (~ 18 hrs). ***(5) REPEAT step (2) after "Top_CC" is printed. (6) REPEAT step (3) for "Top_CC" (7) Print the remaining (*.stl) files: "Right_Eye_CC", "Left_Eye", "Locking_Hook_CC", "Locking_Plate_CC", "Teeth_CC", "Slider_Button" (total: ~ 5 hrs). (8) White Paint: "Right_Eye_CC", "Left_Eye", "Teeth_CC", and "Slider_Button" (9) Black Paint: "Locking_Hook_CC" and "Locking_Plate_CC" ------------ |Assembly: | ------------ Note: For visual help go to the "Printed_Parts_Images_Folders" (1) Cut the PEN SPRING into a 7mm Length (IMG_2048). (2) Insert one "M3 x 5 mm Cap Screw" (IMG_2050) into the center/back pilot hole of the "Locking_Plate" (IMG_2042). (3) Place the "Slider_Button" into the slotted section of the "Bottom_CC". Carefully, place the spring(7mm) to the back of the "Slider_Button", up against the inner wall (IMG_2044 and 2045). (4) Place the "Loacking_Plate" ontop of the "Slider_Button" configuration (IMG_2046), and insert the remaining 2, "M3 x 5 mm Cap Screws". (5) Take both sphere halves ("Top/Bottom_CC") and place the METAL ROD, along with the TORSION SPRING, in between the HINGES (IMG_2040 and 2041). (6) Super glue the bottoms of the "Right/Left_Eye_CC" prints and place them into the slottd EYE HOLES of "Top_CC"(IMG_2052). (7) Lastly, super glue "Teeth_CC" to the indented section of "Bottom_CC" and make sure that "Slider_Button" is within the slot of "Teeth_CC"
