Update 26.04.2020 New Universal-Holder is available https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4315460 Update 24.03.2020 - i added a safety collar for the side activation switch. - i also added a little socket for the benkpak switches (for the nut). it helps a lot and you can use it with ethery 1/4" toolhandle or ratchet. Update 07.11.2019 I uploaded the STL-File for the Magnetquickchangeaddon. just print it upside down (the thin layer protects the magnets form steelchips) without support. Its designed for Ø8mm * 6mm Magnets. Note: if you are left-handed print the case mirrored. Update 24.10.2019 Peter alias Talla83 designed a beautiful PCB for the Handwheel. There are two versions: In one the threads are cut directly into the plasticparts the second (original and better) requires threaded inserts! If you also print the handwheel I would be very happy about feedback and a picture! The following standard parts are required. 3 pieces cylinder head screws DIN912 M4 x 20mm 1 piece Cable gland M16 optional: 2 pieces Ø3x12 cylindrical pin DIN7 3 pieces threaded insert ENSAT 302 M4 1 piece threaded insert ENSAT 302 M3 The buttons and the rotary encoder are very cheap at e.g. Aliexpress for example from the company BENKPAK (16mm in Square or Round) I built the handwheel as a replacement for my DECKEL CNC Mill running LinuxCNC and use it in conjunction with the MESA 7i73. EDIT: i added a version from the Toppart without holes so can drill it by yourself! ACHTUNG! Es gibt zwei versionen Bei einer werden die Gewinde direkt in den Kunststoff geschnitten die zweite (orginale und bessere) benötigt Gewindeeinsätze! Solltest du das Handrad ebenfalls drucken würde ich mich sehr über feedback und ein Bild freuen! Aliexpress von der beispielsweise der Firma BENKPAK (16mm in Viereckig oder Rund) Ich habe das Handrad als Ersatz für meine Deckel-Fräse gebaut die mit LinuxCNC läuft und verwende sie in Verbindung mit der MESA 7i73.
